After three successful years in the harbour city The Property Congress is heading back north to the sunshine state; destination - the Gold Coast. From 18-20 October the Sheraton Mirage, Gold Coast will be home to The Property Congress 2015.

 

Sunday 18 October will see old traditions continue with The Property Congress Golf Challenge, sponsored by Urbanise, Welcome Cocktail Reception sponsored by Yardi Systems and the National President’s Dinner. In addition to our traditional crowd pleasers there are new initiatives including the inaugural national roundtables of the Women and Diversity Committees and the Future Directions Committees sponsored by Roberts Day.

 

Delegates will be treated to keynote speakers, scene setters, lively panels, case studies and discussions about industry trends. Networking is bigger and better than ever. The highly anticipated Tiki Tiki Luau sponsored by WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff will be held on McLarens Landing, South Stradbroke Island. Delegates will embark a luxury catamaran and sail to McLarens Landing where they will network on their very own island escape for one night only with live music, a beach bonfire and cocktails.

 

We’re also championing diversity. Thanks to Roberts Day, members who are 35 years and under will receive a special discounted rate. The Young Indigenous Professional Program sponsored by Greencap is also back and we are inviting more women to participate in the program and attend the conference.
