Daniel McDonald, Managing Director, is the Head of Real Estate Australia for J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets. Daniel leads the investment platform focused on Australia/New Zealand and is a senior member of the portfolio management team. Daniel was previously the Head of Fund Management for Asia Pacific Real Estate for Aviva Investors based in Singapore and has been working in the real estate industry in the Asia Pacific region since 2002. Before joining Aviva Investors, Daniel was the Managing Director and a Board Member of Macquarie Goodman Asia, based in Hong Kong, where he established and managed the USD1.5 billion Macquarie Goodman Hong Kong Industrial Wholesale Property Fund. Daniel has a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) from Macleay College, Sydney, Australia and holds a Real Estate license registered in New South Wales, Australia.
