Julie Manios
Senior Manager, Property Strategy and Direct Investment Corporation (TCorp)

Julie Manios is responsible for the property portfolios managed by NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp) on behalf of its clients which include SAS Trustee Corporation (STC) and Safety, Return to Work and Support (SRWS). The total property portfolios managed by TCorp are in excess of $5 billion and consist of directly owned domestic properties, interests in domestic wholesale comingled funds, offshore unlisted funds, global and domestic REITs. She joined STC in 2012 has held the current position since June 2015, subsequent to the amalgamation of TCorp’s, STC’s and SRWS’ investment teams. She has 20 years experience in the property funds management industry, having previously held roles with Lend Lease, GPT, Colonial First State, Rubicon and Challenger. Julie has attained CFA accreditation and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.
