Controlling a land bank of around 35,000 home sites, with an end value of $7 billion,

Satterley Property Group dominates the land sales market in WA, and is implementing a major growth strategy in Victoria.

 

Nigel is single minded in his vision to achieve successful outcomes for his company, his investor partners, and the buyers who make their homes and raise their families in SPG’s master-planned communities.

 

Since founding his namesake company in1980, Nigel has forged a business with an annual project land sales turnover of around $800 million (AUD).

 

His company has been involved in 162 individual residential communities and attracted more than 100 international, national and state industry awards.

 

Nigel's energy and drive continues to shape and grow SPG. He divides his time between the Perth and Melbourne offices, visits each of his estates at least monthly and is regularly to be found on the weekend greeting buyers at one of his communities.

 

Nigel and his wife Denise support a number of charities and are among the West Coast Eagles most ardent fans.
