Simon Healy is General Manager, Commercial Development at Mirvac Group and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of property development across the residential, office and industrial sectors.

 

With close to 20 years of experience, Simon has held various roles within the construction and development industry, starting as a Project Engineer and progressing to the role of Project Manager with Lend Lease. Joining Mirvac in 2002, Simon has held the role of Development Manager, Senior Development Manager, Project Director and Development Director.

 

At Mirvac, Simon has been responsible for the delivery of multiple large scale projects, including Latitude Apartments (Lavender Bay), Era Apartments (Chatswood), 8 Chifley Square (Sydney) and 200 George Street (Sydney), as well as a number of multi-lot housing and industrial projects.

 

Simon has comprehensive knowledge of the overall property development process including site selection and acquisition, planning approvals, design and project management, sales, marketing and leasing and construction management.

 

Simon has a Bachelor of Construction Management (1st Class Hons) and is currently undertaking a Masters of Business Administration.
